La maison Azur à l'esthétique moderne et épurée propose exclusivement des studios dans un quartier résidentiel verdoyant, à deux pas du lac Léman, de la plage et des terrains de sport.
Really nice modern studio, the building is from 2013 so the quality is pretty high, especially the noise isolation between studio is quite strong, in 3 years living there i've only heard my neighbours when they were literally shouting in ther studio. Nearly every studio is equipped with two simple bed with one that can slide underneath the first one and this is absolutely awesome to be able to invite guests in really good condition. Commute to campus pretty easy with bus 31 701 or by bike (protected bike line all the way between azur and epfl/unil) i was usually going out of my Studio at 7:55 to be on time for the lectures at 8:15. There is sadly no grocery store easyly accessible within a 10minute walk but the Italian food traitor just below the building is sooo good that it compensate:) If you like climbing the Totem climbing gym is 5 minutes away by foot. Why i don't give 5/5 is because of small negatives points: -the studio get quite hot in summer and you need to sleep with the window open which is annoying if you are in the side on the building with the big cabtonal road as i was. -it's not that cheap, 930chf per month + no transport subsidies by the city (saint Sulpice). -lately i have heard that the ventilation system is broken and that they do not care, even though everything was working perfectly when i was there, it is true that the administrator is not very helpful in case of issues.
