Great location, located at Cerisaie, 10 mins walk to go to EPFL, big downside, it’s quite an old building, walls are NOT sound proof, there’s a guardian that’s incredibly nice at first, but when it’s times to leave he encourages you to pay 500 francs of cleaning fees to do it by « professionals » (which are his friends btw) and says that if you don’t get your appartement professionally cleaned you might lose your deposit (2500 francs btw). Apart from this you have access to laundry, private shower and approximately 20 square meters of space. If you have the opportunity to have an FMEL apartment, take it.
