Triaudes

The new Triaudes (Livit) is a great place to live if you do not mind expensive rent (non subsidized). I got a water leak for 2 years in my kitchen through a wall socket (yes water leaking from the eclecticity cable). They tried to fix it for 1 year but it lead to nothing, they didn't give me a discounted rent. They fucked me on th way out as the new renter was ultra picky and said it required a cleaning while the concierge said it was one of the cleanest studio. I paid 250CHF for 5min of cleaning that I wasn't allowed to do because "they didn't have the time to let me do it".

I got lucky because I only have one roommate so everything is easier. Annoying part is that they can come whenever they want to check or remove something (like an old fridge we had) without knocking sometimes. It can feel a little intrusive. Not the cleanest buildings you’ll find but it is VERY MUCH enough for the proximity and the price. Very lucky. I recommend 100% I don’t want to leave. The room is very spacious and there are many storing spaces ( like a storing cellar - une cave).

Spacious studio with a clear separation between the kitchen and sleeping area. Well insulated and quiet. Although the building is old, the apartment does not feel outdated and is well maintained. The only drawback is the absence of an elevator.

Good room with plenty of space. The location is great, right in front of the Bassenges stop and only a 3-minute walk from Migros, Denner, and EPFL. The only downside is that the building is old. The staff were also very kind during the inspection and didn’t charge me anything, even after I had lived there for 3 years.
